Private apartment - Jesolo (VE), Italy

Project: Set in a seafront location in Jesolo, this project involved the complete refurbishment of the outdoor surfaces of a panoramic terrace, with the aim of protecting them against the combined effects of salt air, UV radiation, high humidity and continuous temperature fluctuations. A high-performance coating system was selected for the walls to ensure excellent breathability, water repellency and long-lasting colour durability. The raised timber decking was restored using a wax-based wood stain that deeply nourishes the wood, enhances its natural appearance and provides effective protection against weathering. The project enhances the aesthetic appeal of the outdoor architecture while helping to preserve its performance over time.
