Private villa - Sacile (PN), Italy

Project: in this elegant contemporary residence, the interior design enhances surface continuity as a distinctive architectural feature. Walls, ceilings and flush doors were finished with Iso Tonachino, Isocolor’s decorative coating based on natural lime, creating a uniform material envelope that enhances the perception of space and gives the interiors a refined, timeless atmosphere.

The application of the same finish throughout the residence eliminates visual interruptions and creates a coherent architectural language connecting the living area, kitchen and circulation spaces. The matt, subtly textured surface of Iso Tonachino is enhanced by the natural light entering through the large windows, generating delicate chiaroscuro effects that interact with the contemporary furnishings, natural wood and metal details.

The external envelope was also designed in continuity with the interiors through the use of Iso Siloxan Intonaco, Isocolor’s siloxane coating, which provides high breathability, water repellency and protection against weathering. The coordinated use of interior and exterior finishes helps define an essential, elegant architectural identity designed to retain its appearance over time.
