Private Residence – Istrana (VE), Italy

Project: in this private residence in Istrana, the exterior vertical surface coating project enhances the architectural volumes through a sober and contemporary material language. The entrance wall, perimeter walls and the rear surfaces of the building are coated with Iso Siloxan Intonaco, compact acrylic-siloxane anti-algae coating, characterised by a uniform and finely textured finish.

The selected finish ensures aesthetic continuity between the architectural elements and the exterior surfaces, creating a balanced dialogue with the paving and the materials of the building envelope.

From a performance point of view, the coating provides high resistance to weathering, protection against moisture and long-term colour stability, making it ideal for applications on boundary walls and exposed exterior walls.
