Private villa - Milano Marittima (RA), Italy

Realization: for a contemporary seafront residence completed in Milano Marittima, the design team selected a wall finish capable of combining refined aesthetics, indoor comfort and high technical performance. The interior walls, ceilings and flush-to-wall doors of the living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom were coated with Iso Tonachino Isocolor in the IS-125 shade, a trowel-applied lime putty finish designed to deliver material continuity and timeless elegance. Its mineral, natural composition—completely antibacterial, mould-resistant and breathable—ensures healthy, protected environments while preserving air quality and the visual integrity of the surfaces over time. The result is a sequence of bright, welcoming and sophisticated spaces in which the soft, tactile texture of Iso Tonachino enhances the architecture and elevates the overall sense of well-being.
